Working for The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise comes with some great benefits. Following your probationary period of 3 months all colleagues will be eligible for the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts benefit plan administered by Great West Life. A snapshot of benefits include:
Medical: 100% Coverage for Hospital & Prescription Medication. Coverage of Ambulance Services and Emergency out of Canada medical coverage.
Optical: $250 per 24 months for prescription glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery.
Dental: Colleagues are eligible for Dental coverage on the 1st day of there 13th Month of employment. Basic services including checkups and X-rays are covered at 100%. Major services such as crowns and bridges are covered at 50%.
Special Services: Combined annual maximum of $750 per year with a maximum of $500 per year per provider for: Massage, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Naturopath.

In order to help colleagues serve our guests better we encourage them to make use of our great Food and Beverage discounts here at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Full time colleagues receive 30% off in all of our Dining Outlets.
Colleagues are also able to purchase a hotel gym membership for a reduced rate.
